During your first visit to the center, the specialist doctor meets with the patient and takes a medical history, followed by a symptom-specific examination. Pelvic organs and muscles are evaluated during the examination. Then, a television image of the pelvic organs and bladder is taken, and the bladder’s urine quantity is measured before and after urination to determine its effectiveness in emptying itself of urine.

• Diagnosis and treatment of all types of urinary incontinence and involuntary urination in women and children.
• Treatment of stress urinary incontinence: involuntary urination due to effort exerted by the woman such as coughing, laughing, sneezing, exercising, etc.

• Nocturnal enuresis (bedwetting).
• Nocturnal involuntary urination.
• All types of prolapse, such as uterine prolapse, bladder prolapse, and rectal prolapse.
• Functional sexual dysfunction: lack of sexual satisfaction in both partners due to sagging of the pelvic muscles and vagina.
• Television cystography: This advanced device maps the bladder and takes television images at the same time, aiding in the diagnosis of most cases of urinary incontinence and female urinary problems.
• Provision of physiotherapy services for pelvic muscles and bladder training programs through modern devices and advanced therapeutic programs.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic pelvic pain, lower abdominal pain, and migrating uterine lining pain.

The center also collaborates with surrounding hospitals to perform all types of gynecological surgeries to treat urinary incontinence.
